From flexible over tough to hard and stiff, urethane (meth)acrylates are the most versatile product group in terms of mechanical properties. Typically these properties are combined with a good adhesion, weatherability, temperature shock and impact resistance. Latest developments focus on resins cold flexibility, that keep their elongation at low temperatures, without compromising on modulus at high temperatures.
These resins provide an outstanding stiffness and high Tg in combination with chemical and hydrolysis resistance. Especially recommendable when fast curing is required. Special attention should be given to our extended range of styrene free vinyl esters.
The group is characterized by low viscosity and offers the a large variety of properties. Monomers with renewable content, one to six reactive groups and very low or high Tg can be found in our portfolio. What is all these resins in common is their low viscosity, which make them well suitable to adjust the viscosity of the adhesive or sealant to the level you need. Lately several new multi-functional methacrylates (MFMA) had been added to the portfolio.
These resins provide an outstanding stiffness and high Tg in combination with chemical and hydrolysis resistance. Especially recommendable when fast curing is required. Special attention should be given to our extended range of styrene free vinyl esters.
These additives are specially designed to improve the adhesion of your adhesive formulation. Different functional groups are available to fine tune the performance and meet the most demanding market requirements. Recently a new technology for PP adhesion was developed.
These resins combine two functionalities in one molecule. Double bond functionality is combined with either isocyanates, hydroxy or epoxy functionality on one backbone, providing the possibility to form hybrid networks and gain the advantages of different resin technologies. This unique combination of functionality allows to combine quick and robust polymerization reactions with classical 2K technologies or moisture cure, resulting in best in class adhesive performance.
